Hi, I’m Laura! I’ve been a proud part of the Sitting Bull Academy community since 2017, and I’m honored to serve as President of the Booster Bears for my second year.

I’m a mom of three—Matt (27), Amelia (13), and Connor (13). Amelia is currently an 8th grader at Sitting Bull, and Connor attends Phoenix Academy in their Special Education program. Over the years, SBA has become so much more than just a school to our family—it’s a community that I truly care about.

I love bringing people together and finding ways to make school a little more fun, memorable, and meaningful for our students. Whether it’s planning events, running fundraisers, helping organize field trips, or dreaming up something new, I’m always looking for ways the Booster Bears can make a difference.

I truly believe that when families, staff, and our community work together, we can do amazing things for our kids. My goal is to continue growing the Booster Bears, creating more opportunities for families to get involved, and making sure our students and staff feel supported along the way.

If you see me around campus or at an event, please come say hi! I’m always happy to answer questions, hear new ideas, or help you find a way to get involved. ❤️🐻

I’m Sheena, and I am the proud mother of Keziah and Kazrael, who attend SBA, and Cash, who attends AVHS and is a former Bear. I’m excited and honored to serve as the new Booster Bears Vice President and look forward to being even more involved in our amazing school community.

When I’m not cheering on my kids, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, going to the movies, and being involved in all the activities and experiences that are important to them. Our home is often filled with friends, laughter, and plenty of memories, and I love creating a welcoming space for the people around us. I’m also proud to support my husband and our family in everything we do.

I’m excited for the opportunity to give back to SBA and help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where students and families feel connected, supported, and proud to be part of the Bear community.

Hi everyone! I’m Nicole Fleming, and I’m excited to serve as Secretary for the Booster Bears for a second year! I’m a proud mom of two boys in 5th and 6th grade, and I love staying active—whether that’s working out, running, or diving into fun, crafty projects. 

I’m looking forward to being involved, supporting our school community, and helping create meaningful experiences for our kids. I can’t wait to connect with more of you and help make this a great year! 

Hi, I'm Dana! I've been a proud part of the Sitting Bull Academy community since 2017, and I'm honored to continue serving as Treasurer of the Booster Bears. I'm a mom of two, with Kourtney now attending Apple Valley High School and Zach entering 6th grade at SBA. Over the years, SBA has become so much more than just a school to our family. It's a community we're grateful to be part of.

As Treasurer, I enjoy working behind the scenes to help keep our organization financially strong so we can continue supporting the events, experiences, and opportunities that make SBA such a special place for our students, staff, and families. I love bringing organization to the details so our board can focus on creating memorable experiences for our school community.

When I'm not balancing budgets or working in spreadsheets, you'll usually find me with an iced coffee in hand, reading a good book, or planning our family's next travel adventure. If you see me around campus or at an event, please don't hesitate to say hello. I always enjoy meeting new families and hearing ideas for how we can continue making Booster Bears even better!
